Associate Attorney

We’re currently seeking an Associate Attorney with three (3) to five (5) year’s experience to join our Firm’s
Columbia, SC based office location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Litigation intake and case development (to include research and drafting complaints)
• Managing all aspects of Discovery (drafting and responding to discovery requests, researching, drafting
and responding to discovery motions)
• Document Review – review & analysis
• Managing all aspects of Depositions & Expert Witness matters
• Assist with all aspects of trial/trial preparation

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an Accredited School of Law required
• Active license in good standing in the State of South Carolina required
• 3-5 years post-JD legal experience required
• Candidates must possess strong legal writing and research skills
• Experience with complex litigation matters is highly preferred
