Carolina Legal Associates is looking for an organized go-getter who enjoys working independently and loves checking things off their to-do list! As a Medical & Pharmacy Records Request Specialist at this Charleston, SC area office, you’ll be the key to ensuring the legal team has the records they need to win!
What You’ll Do:
- Request & follow up on medical records
- Enter records accurately in our case management system
- Maintain up-to-date evidence databases
- Follow up with clients regarding treatment and medical providers
- Work on special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or similar field
- High school diploma (degree in a related field preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
- Enjoys working solo, reading medical records, and following up on tasks
- Loves the satisfaction of checking things off your list!
- Deadline-driven and tech-savvy
Pay starts out at $17 per hour progressing up to $22 within a year dependent on performance.
