Carolina Legal Associates is looking for an organized go-getter who enjoys working independently and loves checking things off their to-do list! As a Medical & Pharmacy Records Request Specialist at this Charleston, SC area office, you’ll be the key to ensuring the legal team has the records they need to win!

What You’ll Do:

  • Request & follow up on medical records
  • Enter records accurately in our case management system
  • Maintain up-to-date evidence databases
  • Follow up with clients regarding treatment and medical providers
  • Work on special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or similar field
  • High school diploma (degree in a related field preferred)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
  • Enjoys working solo, reading medical records, and following up on tasks
  • Loves the satisfaction of checking things off your list!
  • Deadline-driven and tech-savvy
