What You’ll Do

You’ll dive into a fast-paced legal environment, directly supporting attorneys on complex bankruptcy and replevin matters. Your key responsibilities include:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery for both State and Federal Court.
• Monitoring bankruptcy dockets and e-filing activity.
• Managing calendars, deadlines, and precise docketing.
• Organizing and summarizing case files, legal documents, and evidence.
• Conducting legal research and background investigations.
• Preparing replevin documents for personal property disputes.

What You Bring (Qualifications for a Part-Time Bankruptcy Paralegal)

We seek a detail-driven professional who possesses:

• 2+ years of experience as a Bankruptcy Paralegal or in Creditors’ Rights litigation.
• Proficiency with CM/ECF e-filing, legal research tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of State and Federal court systems.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate is a plus, but not required.
