Plaintiffs’ Trial Paralegal

Become a key player at an established plaintiff’s civil litigation firm in Columbia, SC. We’re searching for a highly motivated and experienced Plaintiffs’ Trial Paralegal ready to provide direct support to this firm’s attorneys. You’ll drive successful case outcomes and also assist with social security and disability cases. This onsite role requires prior litigation experience. What You’ll Do:

• Draft and prepare pleadings, subpoenas, motions and key legal documents
• Manage discovery, including drafting responses to interrogatories and production requests
• Stay organized and maintain case files with precision utilizing case management software
• Handle state and federal e-filing seamlessly
• Collaborate with clients and attorneys to move cases forward

What We’re Looking For in a Plaintiffs’ Trial Paralegal:

• MUST have 2-3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Bonus if you have Social Security, Workers Compensation or Disability law experience
• Bachelor’s or Associates in Paralegal Studies (or Paralegal Certificate)
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high intensity environment
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with ease
