Exciting Opportunity for an HR Recruiting Assistant!

CLA is seeking a Temporary HR Recruiting Assistant to support the full-cycle recruiting process at a well-established law firm in Columbia, SC. This is your chance to become a key player in a dynamic HR team while gaining invaluable experience! This assignment is expected to last at least six (6) months.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: You’ll assist in all steps of recruiting, helping to connect talent with the law firm.
  • Initial Phone Screenings: Conduct brief phone interviews to select the best candidates.
  • Scheduling Interviews: Organize interview times for candidates and hiring managers, using your strong organizational skills.
  • Administrative Support: Help the HR team with tasks like uploading documents, creating new hire packets, and other HR activities.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work with experienced recruiters to improve the hiring process and ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience and passion for full-cycle recruitment.
  • HR experience (1-2 years) is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player, ready to support as needed.
