Your Day-to-Day as a Family Law Attorney:

• Drafting and filing legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery…you name it!)
• Guiding clients through their cases with care and expertise
• Collaborating with expert witnesses and preparing reports
• Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

What We’re Looking For:

• JD from an accredited law school & SC Bar membership
• MUST have 1-3 years of family law or litigation experience and a portable book of business
• Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
• Empathy and professionalism when working with clients
• An organized, self-motivated go-getter who can meet deadlines
