What We’re Looking For in a Bilingual Client Contact Specialist

• Availability: Work Tuesday – Friday, 2 PM – 10 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Experience: 1-4 years of law firm experience preferred
• Bilingual Fluency: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Tech Proficiency: Solid proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Windows.
• Team Player: You enjoy collaborating with others to achieve goals.
• Skills: Possess strong data entry and word-processing skills; be quick, accurate, and organized.
• Client Service: You pride yourself on excellent client/customer service skills.
• Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
• Self-Motivated: Take initiative and complete tasks independently.
• Education: A high school diploma is required.
