What You’ll Do:

As an E-Discovery/ Document Review Contract Attorney,  you’ll dive into critical legal documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing documents quickly and accurately.
• Coding documents using Relativity or other cutting-edge E-discovery software.
• Flagging vital information and keeping team leaders in the loop.
• Crafting Deposition Dossiers and other essential litigation documents.
• Tackling other project-specific tasks as needed.

What You’ll Bring as a Contract Attorney:

We’re looking for sharp, organized, and thorough legal minds who thrive on detail. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• A laser focus on accuracy when reviewing and coding documents.
• The ability to prioritize like a pro and work independently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving prowess.
• A valid SC Bar license, successful completion of the July 2024 bar exam, or a transferable UBE score. (We’ll also consider attorneys licensed in other states!)
• Relativity experience is a huge plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits for Contract Attorneys:

We value your expertise! Hourly pay ranges from $27-$30/hour, based on experience. We also offer subsidized health insurance for reviewers who meet criteria and full-time status.
