What you’ll do as a Personal Injury Litigaiton Paralegal:

• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence

• Manage state and federal e-filing processes accurately and efficiently

• Organize case files, maintain case management systems, and track deadlines

• Prepare for depositions, mediations, and trial as needed

• Communicate professionally with clients, experts, and medical providers

What you bring:

• 2–3 years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury preferred)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, or Paralegal Certificate

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing deadlines
