What You’ll Do:

• You will own all of your cases, guiding cases through prelitigation to litigation, trial and settlement
• Draft and prepare pleadings, subpoenas, and key legal documents
• Manage discovery, including drafting responses to interrogatories and production requests
• Stay organized and maintain case files with precision
• Handle state and federal e-filing seamlessly
• Collaborate with clients and attorneys to move cases forward

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Bachelor’s or Associates in Paralegal Studies (or Paralegal Certificate) is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high intensity environment
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with ease
