Real Estate Paralegal

CLA has a need for an experienced real estate paralegal for a law firm in the Charleston, SC area. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both residential closings and commercial closings. Candidate must also be proficient in Qualia or SoftPro. This position also has the potential for career growth in the litigation practice group for the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented are both a must! The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of real estate paralegal experience is required
• Must be proficient in Qualia, SoftPro, or other lending software
• Must be proficient in MS Office and understand calendaring systems
• Able to read and interpret title work as well as draft a title insurance commitment
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
